New relays from Techna, include innovative
safety relays and
economically priced solid state devices. Switching performance
and reliability have been further enhanced by offering the
OA5621 and OA5622 safety relays
with optional gold plated twin contacts and the innovative
patented construction allows a very flat design with a height of
just 15.5mm.
The 4 contact OA5621 device has a consumption of only 0.6W and
the 6 contact OA5622 model needs only 0.8W with the positively
guided contacts having very short bounce times.
With double reinforced insulation between all electrical
circuits, the units have air gap and creepage distances of 5.5mm
and are TUV, UL and CSA certified.
The economically priced solid state PH9260 power switch ( 45 x 58
x 32mm) provides long life and is especially suitable for high
switching frequencies and switching cycles, for use in
applications such as extruders, plastic moulding machines and
heating.
The single pole relay switches at zero crossing, thus having
excellent EMC features and with load currents up to 100A and
direct-copper-bonding (DCB) technology, allows optimum thermal
behaviour such that the excellent heat transmission provides
considerably increased life.
The relay is available with various options such as being
available complete with heat sink for DIN-rail mounting and with
integral over-voltage and over-temperature protection, if
required.

Safety Relays is widely
approved for use in safety applications to IEC 204, EN 60204,
DIN/VDE 0113, such as in Emergency Stop, Safety gate, Safety
mats, railway and traffic signalling equipment, crane controls
and many other safety products.
The range provides eight relay sizes with 2, 4, 6 or 8 output
contacts, from the miniature OA/OW 5669 in just 29x13x25.5mm
available in 9 standard coil voltages from 5V to 230V and
protection up to IP67 washable, with contact arrangements of
1NO/1NC, 2CO, 2NO, 2NC right up to the OA 5603 in a size of
77x20x39.5mm providing contact arrangements of 2NO/6NC, 3NO/5NC,
4NO/4NC, 5NO/3NC, 6NO/2NC and 7NO/1NC.
All Dold safety relays also
provide wide coil voltage range, switching voltage, high
breakdown voltage up to 400V, excellent clearance and creepage
distances, patented gold flash-plated crown contacts (supporting
low current to high power applications) and a solid connection
between coil and contact housing.
