Techna has established a premier position, in the U.K.
market, for the supply of straighteners and guides for wires, cable,
flat strip, wire rope, tube and profiles.
From low-cost basic types right up to fully powered and computerised
straightening, Techna can provide the entire range of over 300 standard
units from Witels Albert, together with customised units, when needed.
Standard configurations include quick-release straighteners, cassette
style, Helix types, strip, flat and edge bow units, quick and simple
locking systems, power driven rod straighteners and coil bending
machines.
There is also a wide range of straightening rolls with V, U, square and
profiled grooves, for high speed / high load applications, sealed
bearing WICAS cartridge system, roller-axle combinations and Cromax
rolls for guiding, carrying and transportation.
Straightener models are typically available with from three to thirteen
rolls in sizes varying from very small to large powered machines.
With a wealth of experience in straightening, Techna can provide an
in-depth, comprehensive service based on the world leading technology
and knowledge of one of Europe's leading manufacturers.
Techna further provide guides and systems for virtually any material
which needs to be guided through production processes for eventual
finishing.
Also available, is a wide range of some 25 standard wire/cable
preformers together with several models which can be produced to
specific customer requirements.

straighteners, are crafted to save set-up time, reduce raw material
scrap, decrease downtime and produce consistent end product each and
every time. Designed to handle wire, tube, strip and flat wire, cable,
