Driven Tangential Payoff
Built as a complete unit with transparent shielding and
working-signal light, the winding speed is controlled by dancer arm and
adapted to the following work process. The tension is adjusted by
spring loading of the dancer arm.

Double Tangential Payoff
Equipped with an adjustable hysteresis brake for manual
tension adjusting. Also there are dancer accumulators for start/stop
use. The pulleys on the dancer accumulator are of steel material or of
ceramic with plastic flanges dependable on the application. There are
cross rollers mounted at the input of the dancers.

Driven tangential payoff with tension control
This Driven Tangential Payoff with tension and rpm
control by sensor and frequency inverter is used to feed extrusion lines
and bunching machines as well as stranding machines. The spools shaft
with bearings on one side is driven by an AC synchronous motor with
frequency inverter. This Payoff is also available as a double head
machine.
