The APL Series lubricant applicator for wire drawing lines is especially useful with mechanically de-scaled low and high carbon steel content wires.

It can be installed within any die holder because of its small size and retractable arms. Moreover, the die holder can be closed preventing lubricant dust dispersions.

The special shape of the three rollers avoids lubricant lumps. In addition, because of the reduced weight of the rollers, thin wires can be processed at high speed.

These lubricant applicators have positioning screws to prevent the excessive lubricant compression between the applicator and the die.
