Multi-Level Screw Clamp Terminals

Double Level Terminals
TTEC Double Level Terminals are the answer to high wiring density problems posed by certain unavoidable wiring arrangements. As well as all the features of our Universal Standard Series, Double Level Terminals have the following advantages:
Double wiring density available without extension of mounting rails.
Interconnection / shorting can be done at both levels.
Marking / Identification by marking tags possible at both levels.
TTEC CDL4U(I.S) Internally Shorted Double Level Terminals are useful for distribution application by using shorting links at lower level.
Note: TTEC CDL4U terminals with marking facility (TTEC CA509/K2) at the centre of the terminal and terminals with Separator Plate provision on both the levels for segregating sets of consecutively shorted terminal is available on request. (Separator Plate Cat. No: TTEC SPCDL4U).


Offset Double Level Terminals
These Offset Double Level Terminals provide separate connection possibility at two levels. In ODL, top level is offset from bottom level by half the thickness of terminal.

In ODL terminals:
Bottom level screws have better accessibility for tightening / loosening.
Inter connection / shorting can be done at both levels.
Marking tags of bottom level are not obstructed by wires connected at top level.

It is recommended to use Spacer / End Plate at both the ends of assembled set of ODL terminals for flat alignment to enable effective use of end stops / clamps.

Triple Level Terminals
TTEC Triple Level Terminal Blocks are an ideal choice for the control systems where sensors and actuator applications are involved. The simplified three level connections increase wiring density in the circuit.

The TTEC CTL2.5U, with feed through connecting points at all the three levels, offer multiple choice of signal and power distribution at any level.

In TTEC CTL2.5UH, the top level provides connecting points for signal while middle and bottom level connecting points are used for positive and negative potentials. Use of cross connecting aids is recommended for making common potentials.

In applications where switching indication is required, the TTEC CTL2.5UHL Triple Level Terminal Blocks with built-in electronic components are available.
Choice of "LED Indication" is available on request. Marking tags in blue and red, besides conventional white is suggested for effective identification. The terminal blocks are designed for Universal rail mounting.
