Identification and systematic marking of individual electrical components on a DIN rail ensures assemblies are easier to wire, assists any troubleshooting and allows safe and quick maintenance. Our comprehensive range of both standard and custom printed marking tags will complement and design.

All TTEC Terminal Blocks are provided with the suitable recesses for TTEC Marking Tags. Each terminal block has its own marking system. Most of the terminal blocks are designed to accommodate two marking tags. However, certain type of terminal blocks accommodate one marking tag. TTEC Marking Tags are available in a choice of horizontal or vertical imprints. Blank marking tags are also available.

'K' Type Polyamide marking tags facilities quick and easy fixing on assembled terminal blocks. The strip comprising of 5 or 10 markers (Marking Tags) can be fixed on assembled terminals in one stroke. The strip can be detached easily at any point. Apart from surface area and better visibility. For Melamine Series Terminal Block. Marking tags are to be detached and inserted in the terminal block recess. Suitable for all 'U' series terminal blocks and most melamine series terminal blocks.

Insert Type PVC marking tags (economical) are to be detached into single tags and inserted in the terminal block recess with the aid of the screw driver. Suitable for most melamine series terminal blocks.

Mounting Type PVC marking tags are to be detached into single tags and mounted on the rib provided in the terminal block. Suitable for stud type terminal blocks and CDTTS.
 

Group Maker These marking tags in polyamide 6.6 have very large blank surface area and can be used for group identification. These markers can be fixed on the Polyamide 66 end clamp or on the terminal block.

These PVC marker strips are suitable for CMST type of terminal block and should be mounted with the aid of fixing screws.

Pre-Printed Markers can be supplied in Horizontal or Vertical imprints in the following types.

We recommend VS200 to Panel Board manufacturers for printing / marking labels at sits. Custom identification prints can be generated very easily.

All that is required to be stocked is Techna blank 'K' type marking labels.
