TTEC Terminals and Interface Modules
Paramount to the success of our TTEC range is the standardised DIN rail
and span-on terminal block. The DIN rail makes possible a compact,
organised arrangement of terminal blocks and other DIN rail mounted
components. This provides more than just the appearance of quality; it
saves both time and space, enhances design capabilities and provides a
centralised connect-disconnect area where external/internal wiring can
be connected both quickly and efficiently. At the same time, this system
allows designers to take advantage of constant advances in terminal
block technology. Our components do more than just terminate wires. They
distribute power and ground, protect against overload and perform a
multitude of other sophisticated functions. So whatever your
application, be it control systems, instrumentation or automation, use
TTEC terminal blocks
as your solution.
The metal parts in our TTEC terminal blocks are housed in
precision-moulded, self-extinguishing polyamide 6.6 material for maximum
dielectric strength, electrical insulation and temperature resistance.
Standard features on all housings include funnel-shaped wire entry
openings and screwdriver guides.
Our TTEC range of DIN Rail mounting terminals,
features a wide range of product options. The terminals are available in
standard sizes of 2.5mm, 4mm, 6mm, 10mm, 16mm, 25mm and 35mm. High
Current terminals up to 95mm are also included.
Unlike many manufacturers our range features both
screw clamp and spring
clamp terminals giving maximum choice to the customer.
Many of our TTEC terminal blocks are AEx eII EEx eII explosion proof
approved. This allows their use in potentially explosive applications
which may occur in chemical or petrochemical applications. These
terminals can be used in Class 1, Zone 1 hazardous locations, and comply
with EN 500019.
The range features both double and triple deck terminals as well as test
and disconnect and fused options. Fuse link terminals can optionally be
specified with integral LED indicator to signify blown state.
Gray is the standard colour for most of our terminals, however a choice
of red, yellow, blue, black, white, beige, orange and green are all
available. An ideal solution for defining circuits and simplifying
wiring.
Custom Assemblies
One of the many advantages of our DIN rail system is its convenience;
the unsurpassed ease with which many different components and devices
can be mounted on the same rail. To make the whole process even easier
for our customers, we are also able to supply pre-assembled rails to
individual customer
specification, all with a single part or drawing number. No need to
order a long list of parts and no more unwanted inventories of bulk
