JTEC Series
10kA Miniature
Circuit Breakers
Techna’s JTEC range has been
enthusiastically adopted by a diverse range of customers seeking a cost
effective 10kA performance.
Jtec MCBs are available across the full range from 0.5 - 63A in
trip curves B, C and D. JTEC 10kA is also
available in a special motor protection curve (curve M) which is an
ideal replacement to our competitors K curve. The ultimate high quality circuit breaker is VDE
certified to EN60898.
Choose JTEC 10kA MCB if:
- You want to minimise cost but maintain maximum protection.
- You want the maximum price / performance ratio.
- You need protection up to 10kA.
- You use comb or pin type busbar connections.
- You may require auxiliary and under voltage accessories.
DC Series 10kA Miniature Circuit Breaker - Up
to 440Vdc
Techna's JTEC DC circuit breaker provides protection on DC circuits up
to 220VDC in a single pole and 400VDC with two poles in series
configuration.
This advanced DC circuit breaker fields to
quickly extinguish the DC circuit providing breaking capacities up to
4.5kA at full voltage. This is an ideal component to be used on UPS and
other higher voltage battery powered systems.
The JTEC Series provides a high quality, 10kA MCB range with add on
accessories such as neutral module, auxiliary contacts and shunt trips
and various additional features such as red/green visual trip
indication, single & 3 pole-contact blanking plugs, terminal covers and
enclosures. The JTEC range accepts both comb and pin type busbar
connection.
230V DC rated versions are also available. Please enquire with our sales
team for more information.
Accessories
Auxiliary and Signal Contacts
Includes both changeover and
signal circuits, allowing remote monitoring of the state of the breaker, ON
or OFF, as well as the ability to determine whether the breaker was manually switched
off or has tripped due to a circuit fault.
Shunt Trip Release
Enables remote shutdown of the device with a remote signal pulse.
Neutral Pole (Npole)
A unique add on allowing the conversion of a 3 pole breaker into a 3 pole + switched neutral device
with one shared component, so you do not need to stock 4 pole devices,
making inventory savings.
Undervoltage Release (UV)
Automatically switches off the breaker in the event of a power failure,
thereby protecting against an unexpected machine start-up when mains
power is restored.
Lock-on/Lockoff Adaptors
Available in black or yellow, the lock-on, lock off adaptor allows the breaker
to be locked, ON or OFF, therefore preventing accidental operation of the
breaker. |
